Vertium, Dublin begins search for tenants

Today we announce that the marketing campaign is underway to find tenants for the Vertium Building, our €170 million prime office development on Burlington Road, Dublin 4.

Located in Dublin’s commercial centre, with neighbours such as Bank of Ireland, Morgan McKinley, Amazon, BSkyB and Groupon, we’re looking to attract even more multinational companies to call Vertium their new home.

After a six year stand still on new office buildings in Dublin, Vertium will be the best new speculative office development to come to market in the next 18 months, with completion expected in Q2 2017.

Stretching almost 100m in length and rising up 6 stories with a double basement below, Vertium will have an overall floor area of 172,000 sq ft with enough space for 2,000 workers.

Designed by Henry J Lyons, Vertium is surrounded by 1,800 sq m of landscaping with 38 protected trees integrating it within the surrounding neighbourhood. The 360 degree glazing will ensure all floors are filled with natural light and large, column free floor plates will allow for maximum efficiency and versatility.

We’re looking to set a new standard for office buildings in Dublin, The Vertium Building will feature a large double height entrance lobby with a central bank of 21 lifts and with a category A fit out meeting LEED Gold and Ber 3 ratings.

Interest in the building is already strong and once complete, the development will add to the established commercial core within this important global city.
