Raising the woof for 12HG launch

Roald Dahl once wrote: "Never do anything by halves if you want to get away with it… Go the whole hog."

In true U+I style, we heeded these words for the unusual 12 Hammersmith Grove (12HG) launch party, our new office space and sibling to the award-winning 10 Hammersmith Grove

From a piano-playing dog, Post-it note art, a doggy park filled with rescue pooches from the Wild at Heart Foundation, gourmet fast-food stands and other quirky canine-themed entertainment, the agents in attendance certainly won't forget 12HG in a hurry.

The star of the day was Frenchie himself (real name Sherlock) - the face of the development's campaign - who was every bit the professional when mobbed by a legion of adoring fans.

12HG offers dynamic brands the space they need to flourish in the heart of Hammersmith. 167,000 sq. ft. of high-end office space has been designed by Flanagan Lawrence Architects, with an abundance of outside space, room to breathe, and spectacular views over London.
10HG and 12HG are the first new speculative office developments in Hammersmith for a number of years and have set a new standard for quality offices in the area. Following the success of 10HG - fully-let and winner of the 2015 BCO commercial workplace of the year award for London and the South East – these distinctive office spaces provide a very attractive option for relocating out of London’s traditional HQ hubs.
